We have no restrictions on breed or size for dogs, although there is a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly charge for pet owners. What school district is Union Street Flats in? Union Street Flats is served by Westfield Washington Schools, which includes Monon Trail Elementary, Westfield Middle School, and Westfield High School. Do you let Residents break their lease? Yes. There is a charge of $4,500 to break a lease at any time, which will be lowered to $3,000 if given a 60 day notice. Do you require a credit check? Yes, Union Street Flats and all other J.C. Hart living communities necessitate a credit check to be completed during the application process. Do you charge a fee to apply? Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required that is used to cover the application, personal screening, and processing charges necessary for renting a new apartment. Do you offer special discounts for students, elderly Residents, or military members? J.C.
